Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear. If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a change-of-mind return. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we describe below.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The change-of-mind process below sits on top of those rights. It doesn't replace them.

What can be returned (change of mind)

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
  • Original packaging included where possible
  • Purchased directly from https://contourclubshop.com

Final sale items (change of mind only)

  • Intimates marked “final sale” for hygiene reasons
  • Items purchased at 40% off or more
  • Gift cards

These restrictions apply to change-of-mind returns only. If a product is faulty or misdescribed, your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply regardless of sale status.

How to start a return

  1. Email contourclubshop@gmail.com with your order number and the items you're returning.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and (for Australian orders) a prepaid label.
  3. Pack your items securely and drop off at any carrier location.
  4. We refund within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process your return, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, the fastest path is to return the original and place a new order. Inventory moves quickly and we can't hold items during the return.

Return shipping costs

  • Australia: prepaid label provided. We deduct $7.95 from the refund to cover return shipping.
  • International: customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
  • Faulty or misdescribed goods (any country): return shipping is on us under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contourclubshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Late or missing refunds

If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, please check with your bank or card issuer first. Still nothing? Email us and we'll chase it.
