We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive tracking by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. All prices below are in Australian dollars (AUD); international customers are charged the AUD amount and your card issuer applies the exchange rate.

Carriers
Australian orders ship with Australia Post or StarTrack. International orders ship with DHL or national postal services depending on destination.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you haven't received it after 3 business days, check your spam folder or email contourclubshop@gmail.com.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email contourclubshop@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a change.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us and we'll file a claim. For lost or stolen packages, we'll work with you on a replacement or refund after the carrier investigation closes.
