We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and you'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD); your card issuer applies the exchange rate for international purchases.

Carriers
Orders ship via international courier from our fulfillment warehouse. The carrier varies by destination and may include ePacket, DHL eCommerce, or your local national postal service for the final leg of delivery.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you haven't received it after 3 business days, check your spam folder or email contourclubshop@gmail.com.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email contourclubshop@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a change.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us and we'll file a claim. For lost or stolen packages, we'll work with you on a replacement or refund after the carrier investigation closes.
